Feel Good Friday -60 minutes

This class is just what the doctor ordered! End the work week with a class to soothe the nervous system, stretch the body, and quiet the mind. This class mixes elements of restorative yoga, stretch, and meditation to leave you feeling those relaxed weekend vibes! All levels welcome.

Good Vibes Flow -75 minutes

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath. Weaving seamlessly from one pose to the next, the practice becomes a moving meditation. This class includes continuous movement with plenty of options given for those who wish to modify. This is a great class for nurturing your mind-body connection, enhancing energy and self-confidence, and liberating your breath. This class incorporates Sun Salutations and requires regular weight-bearing on the hands and knees. All levels are welcome. No previous experience with yoga is necessary.

Yin- 60 minutes

Yin is a slow, quiet, deceptively intense practice that involves holding passive poses for longer periods of time.  Yin yoga targets the connective tissues of the body – the joint capsules, ligaments and fascia – making them stronger and more resilient and restoring natural range of motion to the joints.  This is a meditative practice with minimal verbal instruction. All levels are welcome. No previous experience with yoga necessary. No weight bearing on the hands or knees is required.

Yoga Body Sculpt

This class combines traditional elements of yoga, including meditation and savasana with muscle sculpting. Body Sculpt combines hand weights and head-to-toe strength building exercises to increase muscle strength and tone. Mixed with an energizing playlist, it makes the perfect summer workout! This is an all-levels class— beginners welcome!

Sweet & Slow Foundational Flow - 60 minutes

A slower paced Vinyasa class designed to keep you in the present moment on your mat. Feeling your body move through space, observing how the body responds to the poses, the movements in between and to the stillness. Breathwork and brief meditation to begin, extended Shavasana to end. All levels.

Yoga 101 - 60 minutes 

This is the perfect class for students just beginning their yoga practice or student returning to yoga after a long absence. This class will incorporate yoga postures, emphasizing proper alignment and the syncing of breath and movement. Students can expect a gentle flow, including both floor and standing sequences. It is perfect for beginners, but all levels are welcome.

Gentle Flow- 60 minutes

This slow flow class is perfect for anyone who enjoys moving mindfully towards greater balance, flexibility, and strength.  With regular practice, you will awaken and strengthen the intrinsic stabilizing muscles of your pelvis and deep core so as to provide crucial support for your lower back. You’ll build strength in your shoulder girdle, open up the chest, and release tension from the neck and upper back to enjoy a newfound sense of freedom, comfort, and aliveness in your body. This class incorporates modified Sun Salutations and requires some weight-bearing on the hands and knees. All levels are welcome.   No previous experience with yoga is necessary. *Monday’s evening class ends with an extended Savasana and sound healing. Sound frequencies help to subside stress and heal the body from the inside-out, enhancing relaxation. End your Monday feeling calm, centered, and balanced.

Yin/Yang- 60 minutes

Yin is a slow, quiet, deceptively intense practice that involves holding passive poses for longer periods of time (see full description above).  The second half of this class is a more active, warming practice that includes elements of flow and Hatha yoga. Beginners are encouraged. No previous experience with yoga necessary.

Dynamic-Fusion Flow -60 minutes

This energizing class combines dynamic and fluid movements as well as emphasizing strong core awareness, creating a unique and powerful vinyasa-style flow. There will be the potential to explore various paths leading to arm balances. However, different  options will be suggested in order to best suit each yogi’s individual practice. This unique dance between strength and fluidity ensures that you are hitting all the marks: improved endurance, building muscle awareness and improving your flexibility, all while linking breath and movement mindfully. 

VinYin -60 minutes

Join us for an evening practice that will leave you feeling blissful. This complementary combo moves through a steady Vinyasa flow followed by a cooler Yin practice perfect for evenings! Sync breath and movement as you flow through a series of postures building up heat in the body and then follow it with cooler Yin postures, targeting the connective tissues of the body—the joint capsules, ligaments, and fascia—making them stronger and more resilient and restoring the natural range of motion to the joints. Restore balance as you surrender the body and mind. Beginners and all-levels welcome.
